Delivery
Once your order is placed we will email the supplied email address on your order to confirm receipt. Please enable notifications from info@corkfarmequestrian.co.uk if you wish to receive these updates & to avoid them being filtered to junk.
We will contact you at various stages throughout the dispatch process by email to advise you on the status of your order. Once sent your item will be marked as dispatched & if applicable a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Most items are delivered Monday to Friday unless a Saturday delivery has been specifically requested & we have pre-confirmed this is possible. If you need an item urgently or by a certain date we request that you contact us prior to purchase to check stock levels & for confirmation of any additional associated costs.
When your parcel arrives at your delivery address a signature may be required for higher value items to acknowledge receipt. For lower value items no signature will be required but a delivery confirmation will be supplied to confirm proof of delivery to your address. Please ensure you supply an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your order.
Delivery Options and Charges
Cork Farm Equestrian use a variety of delivery servies including Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DHL. Should you require your item to be sent with a specific delivery company please contact us prior to purchase so that we can confirm any applicable cost implications.
Please note that all of our advertised delivery times are in addition to our dispatch time.
Please also note that due to the warehouse locations of our Horseware & Weatherbeeta stock these items will require additional time for delivery on top of the timescales quoted.
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
Standard Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail 48 2nd Class and will take 5-10 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Standard Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is FREE on all orders of any value.
Priority Delivery (UK Mainland)
Priority Delivery Items will receive preferential dispatch & will be sent with Royal Mail 24 1st Class or Express Courier. Priority Delivery will take 3-5 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Priority Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is capped at £4.99.
Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland)
Next Day Delivery is available by TELEPHONE ONLY on 01233 740817. Orders must be received by latest 12:00 (Mon-Thurs) and 11:00 (Fri) to receive them the Next Working Day. Please note the next working day for a Friday order is Monday excluding Bank Holidays. Items delivered using this service will require a signature at the time of delivery. This service is offered only for a select number of ranges & is subject to stock availability. Next Day Delivery costs are calculated on an order by order basis at the time of placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are available to sign for the delviery. No responsibility can be taken by Cork Farm for any failed deliveries or for deliveries left in a safe place if you are not at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland)
Saturday Delivery is available by TELEPHONE ONLY on 01233 740817. Orders must be received by latest 11am on the preceeding Friday. Items delivered using this service will require a signature at the time of delivery. This service is offered only for a select number of ranges & is subject to stock availability. Saturday Delivery costs are calculated on an order by order basis at the time of placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are available to sign for the delviery. No responsibility can be taken by Cork Farm for any failed deliveries or for delvieries left in a safe place if you are not at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Customer Collection - Click & Collect
We offer a free click & collect service for pre-ordered items from our premises in Challock, Kent TN25. Please make a note when making your order that you would like to collect or place your order by phone to 01233 740817. We will then contact you to advise you when your order will be ready for collection.
Highlands & Islands Delivery
The following addresses are classed as Highlands & Islands: Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland - Postcodes AB, BT, GU, IM, IV, JE, KW, PH, HS, KA, PA, TR, ZE
Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail 48 2nd Class and take 5-15 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Standard Delivery to Highlands & Islands addresses is FREE for orders not classed as particularly large, heavy or of a high value.
Highlands & Islands Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail 24 1st Class or via Express Courier and take up to 3-5 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Priority Delivery to Highlands & Islands addresses is capped at £4.99 for orders not classed as particularly large, heavy or of a high value.
International Delivery
International Delivery Small items will be sent with Royal Mail. For larger items or high value items a courier delivery is used. Please note that for buyers outside of the UK the International Delivery Agent may contact you to settle fees levied by your countries customs office. These fees may vary & there is no possible way for us to calculate these before the item reaches your country. These fees are payable directly to your local customs office & it is your responsibility to settle them. We do NOT in any circumstances cover these costs. Certain goods are not accepted in to some countries for biosecurity or other reasons such as food items or supplements into Australia where an import permit is required by BICON before export. Please check your countries customs rules, regulations & restrictions before making your purchase & ensure that any permits or licences are applied for. We cannot be held responsible & will not be liable to refund if you have not made neccessary checks before purchase or obtained permits/licences subsequently resulting in your goods being destroyed or returned. Any refunds made for orders where a BICON permit has not been obtained & the item clearly advises a requirement for this will be made less any associated direct costs incurred by Cork Farm.
For orders outside of the UK please note that we do not refund VAT in conjunction with our very low or Free delivery options. Our delivery costings already take into account the VAT element which is manually reallocated & these funds are then used to cover the total cost of your delivery. Should you wish for the VAT to be removed from your purchase this is possible but we would need to invoice additionally for the full cost of delivery.
International Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery items will be sent untracked with Royal Mail Non-Priority or an Economy Courier Service and take 20 to 60 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch.
Standard Delivery to Europe is £19.99 or FREE for orders above £250.
Standard 0-2kg International Delivery is £19.99 or FREE for orders above £500.
Standard 2-5kg International Delivery is £34.99 or FREE for orders above £1000.
Standard 5-10kg International Delivery is £59.99 or FREE for orders above £1500.
Standard 10-20kg International Delivery is £109.99 or FREE for orders above £2000.
For orders over 20kg customers will need to contact us for a tailored carrier quotation before placing an order.
International Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery items will be sent tracked with Royal Mail or an Express Courier Service and take 5-20 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch.
Priority Delivery to Europe is £39.99.
Priority 0-2kg International Delivery is £29.99.
Priority 2-5kg International Delivery is £49.99.
Priority 5-10kg International Delivery is £69.99.
Priority 10-20kg International Delivery is £129.99.

Availability
We try to keep the stock displayed on our website as accurate as possible however owing to several different sales platforms occasionally an item showing in stock may have recently gone out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you immediately with an expected delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates & are subject to availability. Should one or more items in the same order be out of stock the entire order will be held until the whole order is ready. If you would like in stock items to be sent before the entire order is ready an additional postage payment may be required.
Useful Information
Oversize & Unusual Sized Items
Oversized or valuable items are either heavy, oversized, of an irregular shape or valued at more than £500. These items may have an additional delivery charge associated with them. Items fitting this description are not eligeable for our Standard Delivery services. We will contact you following your order being placed should this apply to any of the items which you have purchased. For International deliveries this will apply to all parcels over 2kg or in excess of 900mm combined maximum length + width + depth.
Batteries, Liquids, Aerosols & Airfreight Restrictions
For security reasons relating to International Air transport, we are strictly prohibited from exporting batteries, liquids in excess of 1 litre or any aerosols outside of Mainland UK. These such items will have a notice within the item description body advising buyers of these airfreight restrictions. In some cases where we can send part of an item or if an item can be split in to multiple packages to comply with regulations we will do so & buyers may be contacted following purchase to pay any additional costs incurred or alternatively refunded for items which we are unable to split & send abroad.
Delivery Address Options
When you place an order you can choose either have your goods delivered to your home address or an alternative delivery address. If you do not already have an alternative delivery address listed on your account you can enter this at the time of placing a new order in the appropriate section. It is your responsiblity to ensure that your delivery address information is correct at the time of placing the order. We cannot be held responsilble for items delivered incorrectly if you have not supplied the correct address information.
Dispatch Times
Please note that all of our advertised delivery times are in addition to our dispatch time. Unless you have contacted us prior to placing your order & requested an Express, Next Day or Saturday delivery, we aim to despatch all goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Occasionally at exceptionally busy times such as the run uo to Christmas this may take a little longer. If you have checked out with Priority Delivery we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible which would usually be within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Our Delivery Method
Cork Farm Equestrian is pleased to work in partnership with Royal Mail, DX Courier, DHL, UK Mail, TNT & myHermes. Please note that for some higher value items, a signature will be required on receipt. If no one is available at your delivery address at the time the item is being delivered the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place for you or if no safe place is available a card will be left giving you appropriate contact details for your local depot so you can rearrange delivery or collect the item in person. If you have requested Express, Next Day or Saturday Delivery & are not in to accept the delivery, Cork Farm Equestrian cannot be held responsible & will not offer compensation in any form for failed delvieries. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to accept your delivery.
Delays
Occasionally through no fault of our own there may be carrier delays to your order following dispatch which are outside of our control ie: adverse weather conditions or parcel misrouting. Although we will work closely with the carrier to arrange delviery to you as soon as possible we cannot accept responsibility for these such unavoidable delays.
Damages / Shortfall
All damages or any shortfall of items need to be reported to us by email including photos of any packaging & contents within 48 hours of receipt in order that we can investigate further & make any subsequent claims with our carriers.
