Once your order is received we will email you to confirm receipt.
We will contact you at various stages throughout the dispatch process by email to advise you on the status of your order. Once dispatched your item will be marked as dispatched & if applicable a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Most items are delivered Monday to Friday unless a Saturday delivery has been specifically requested. If you need an item urgently or by a certain date we request that you contact us prior to purchase to check stock levels & for confirmation of any additional associated costs.
When your parcel arrives at your delivery address a signature may be required to acknowledge receipt. Please note that we cannot request for couriers to leave items without a signature or the insurance on the parcel becomes invalid.
Delivery Options and Charges
Cork Farm Equestrian use a variety of delivery servies including Royal Mail, DX Courier, Parcelforce, UK Mail & myHermes. Should you require your item to be sent with a specific delivery company please contact us prior to purchase.
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
Standard Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class or an Economy Courier Service and will take up to 5 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Standard Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is FREE on all orders.
Priority Delivery (UK Mainland)
Priority Delivery Items will receive preferential dispatch & will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class or Express Courier. Priority Delivery will take 2-3 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Priority Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is capped at £4.99.
Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland)
Next Day Delivery is available by TELEPHONE ONLY on 01233 740817. Orders must be received by latest 13:00 (Mon-Thurs) and 12:00 (Fri) to receive them the Next Working Day. Please note the next working day for a Friday order is Monday excluding Bank Holidays. Items delivered using this service will require a signature at the time of delivery. This service is offered only for a select number of ranges & is subject to stock availability. Next Day Delivery costs are calculated on an order by order basis at the time of placing your order.
Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland)
Saturday Delivery is available by TELEPHONE ONLY on 01233 740817. Orders must be received by latest 11:30am on the preceeding Friday. Items delivered using this service will require a signature at the time of delivery. This service is offered only for a select number of ranges & is subject to stock availability. Saturday Delivery costs are calculated on an order by order basis at the time of placing your order.
Customer Collection - Click & Collect
We offer a free click & collect service for pre-ordered items from our premises in Challock, Kent TN25. Please make a note when making your order that you would like to collect or place your order by phone to 01233 740817. We will then contact you to advise you when your order will be ready for collection.

Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class or an Economy Courier Service and take up to 5 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Standard Delivery to Highlands & Islands addresses is £4.99 or FREE for orders above £100.
Highlands & Islands Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class or via Courier and take up to 3 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Priority Delivery to Highlands & Islands addresses is capped at £14.99 for all orders.
International Delivery Small items will be sent with Royal Mail. For larger items or high value items a courier delivery is used. Please note that for buyers outside of the UK the International Delivery Agent may contact you to settle fees levied by your countries customs office. These fees may vary & there is no possible way for us to calculate these before the item reaches your country. These fees are payable directly to your local customs office & it is your responsibility to settle them. We do NOT in any circumstances cover these costs. For orders outside of the EU please note that we do not refund VAT in conjunction with our very low or Free delivery options. Our delivery costings already take into account the VAT element & these funds are used to cover the cost of your delivery. Should you wish for the VAT to be removed from your purchase this is possible but we would need to invoice seperately for the actual cost of delivery.
International Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail or an Economy Courier Service and take up to 25 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Standard International Delivery to Europe is £9.99 or FREE for orders above £250. Standard International Delivery to the USA, Canada & North America is £9.99 or FREE for orders above £100. Standard International Delivery outside of the above areas is £14.99 or FREE for orders above £250.
International Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery items will be sent with Royal Mail or an Express Courier Service and take up to 7 working days to arrive following the date of dispatch. Priority International Delivery to Europe is capped at £17.50. Express International Delivery to the USA, Canada & North America is capped at £14.99. Express International Delivery outside of the above areas is £24.99.
We try to keep the stock displayed on our website as accurate as possible however owing to several different sales platforms occasionally an item showing in stock may have recently gone out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you immediately with an expected delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates & are subject to availability. Should one or more items in the same order be out of stock the entire order will be held until the whole order is ready. If you would like in stock items to be sent before the entire order is ready an additional postage payment may be required.
Useful InformationOversize & Unusual Sized Items
Oversized or valuable items are either heavy, oversized, of an irregular shape or valued at more than £500. These items may have an additional delivery charge associated with them. Items fitting this description are not eligeable for our Standard Delivery services. We will contact you following your order being placed should this apply to any of the items which you have purchased. For International deliveries this will apply to all parcels over 2kg or in excess of 900mm combined maximum length + width + depth.
Liquids, Aerosols and Gels
For security reasons relating to international air transport, we are unfortunately unable to deliver batteries, liquids over 1 litre, aerosols or gels outside of Mainland UK via economy delivery. Delivery of these items can be arranged with a special courier service. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Delivery Address Options
When you place an order you can choose either have your goods delivered to your home address or an alternative delivery address. If you do not already have an alternative delivery address listed on your account you can enter this at the time of placing a new order in the appropriate section. It is your responsiblity to ensure that your delivery address information is correct at the time of placing the order. We cannot be held responsilble for items delviered incorrectly if you have not supplied the correct address information.
Unless you have contacted us prior to placing your order & requested an Express, Next Day or Saturday delivery, we aim to despatch all goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Occasionally at exceptionally busy times this may take a little longer. If you have checked out with Priority Delivery we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible which would usually be within 3 working days. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. Our Delivery Method
Cork Farm Equestrian is pleased to work in partnership with Royal Mail, DX Courier, UK Mail, TNT & myHermes. Please note that for some deliveries, a signature will be required on receipt. If no one is available at your delivery address at the time the item is being delivered, a card will be left giving you appropriate contact details for your local depot so you can rearrange delivery or collect the item in person. If you have requested Express, Next Day or Saturday Delivery & are not in to accept the delivery, Cork Farm Equestrian cannot be held responsible & will not offer compensation in any form. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to accept your delivery.
