Mainland UK Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases

We are happy to accept Returns & Exchanges received within 30 calendar days (14 calendar days for sale items, items purchased using discount codes or exchanged items). Returns accepted from UK customers only in Brand New, Unused, Unmarked condition complete with original Undamaged retail packaging & product Tags still attached. If your item is received back in an unsatisfactory condition we reserve the right to send it back to you at your cost or charge a restocking fee. Safety Items MUST still have all tags attached & be returned with sufficient protection (bubble wrap) to ensure safe transit. If an item has been specially made for you or ordered in for you it cannot be returned unless faulty. Return postage costs & the safe return of items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For large or more expensive items there may be an additional postage payment levied for the shipping of your new exchanged item as the original free postage is used up in sending the original item. If there is any difference in price between the item being returned & the item required any difference will be calculated less any additional postal costs.

All import/customs duties & taxes must be settled on sending. Items requiring a fee for us to receive them will be refused. Christmas Returns & Exchanges

As a goodwill gesture to our customers we have extended our returns policy over the holiday period. Please find our Christmas Returns & Exchange information below:

We are happy to accept Christmas Returns for Refund within 30 calendar days from the date of order or 14 calendar days for sale items or items purchased with discount codes. For full price items outside of the 30 days we are happy to offer an Exchange for goods received up to 60 calendar days from the date of order plus a nominal cost for posting out your exchange to you.

Exceptions

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless found by the manufacturer to be faulty: Personalised and Specially Ordered items, DVD's, CD's, Videos, Underwear, Riding Helmets, New Saddles and Computer Software. Personalised and Special Order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Exchanges & Returns for Saddles Fitted Onsite by our Saddler

Second Hand Saddles

We are happy to accept Returns & Exchanges within 7 calendar days for second hand saddles only. Second hand saddles must be returned fully cleaned & in the same condition in which they were received. If your saddle is recevied back in an unsatisfactory condition we reserve the right to make a charge for depreciation or to refuse your return.

Brand New Saddles

New Saddles are non refundable unless faulty. If a fault should be present within the manufacturers warranty preiod a repair or replacement will be offered. Please also see our Exceptions section above.

Exchanges & Returns for Oversize & Unusual Sized Items
Oversized or valuable items are either heavy, oversized, of an irregular shape or valued at more than £500. Items fitting this description are not eligeable for our Standard Delivery services. We may send your item without any additional charges as a gesture of our goodwill however if returned for a refund in these such cases refunds would have the outgoing postal cost deducted from the value.
